Dear Daughter,

Just as we take care of our physical health by eating well, exercising, and visiting the doctor when needed, it’s essential to prioritize our mental well-being as well. It’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed or stressed at times, especially with everything life throws our way. However, what matters most is how we manage these feelings.
